Talking about tankini pattern we mean graphic patterns on the swimwear, not the design cut itself. We talk about it in other article. The thing is that many online shops, as well as in traditional, sell revolting, old fashioned designs. Are they cheap? What if they are ugly? Tankini doesn’t have to be expensive but many patterns are simply hideous. On the end of this article we publish some pics of nice bikini patterns.
The fundamental question runs as follows: what’s nice? What’s on vogue, fashionable? There’s no any, absolutely any rational answer to such a question. The issue doesn’t concern tankinis only but fashion and beauty in general. I suggest that beauty and fashion are opposite ideas. Beauty remains beauty until the end of the time, fashion becomes ugliness on the next turn of the trend. Trends are just jokes of some homosexuals from Paris, usually, nothing more. My proposition has an anti-fashion feature. Do you want looking good in a swimwear or in any other kind of clothes? Ignore fashion. Fashion is for the people without taste, without personal opinion and sometimes even without own personality. It doesn’t mean: “be yourself”. Being oneself is a meaningless expression. How could you be other person? It’s an empty statement.
To look and feel good one should rather ignoring fashion. Buddhist monks in orange robes look good always, no matter where and when. Sometimes they let fashion influence their habits and their clothes become to vivid. Needlessly. The beauty is connected with simplicity rather than with excess.
It doesn’t mean that graphic pattern shouldn’t exist or should be rigorously simple. Infinite complication of Islamic geometry is one of the faces of beauty also. The similar situation occurs when thinking about colors or even the material used to tankini production. A guy from New York or Milan recognizes that summer 2011 will be blue and gold? Does it diminish the beauty of connection blue and violet, black and gold, or yellow, green and red? An artist remark: to say that there’s a harmony between colors we need always at least three of them. The balance depends on the quantity of every of them also.
Graphic patterns can be as different as possible. But as we are talking about beaches and summer, so it would be appropriate use floral design, joyful colors, and maybe love scenes even. I watch with a certain disgust brown tankini with white and rose dots. Who buy it, and for what purpose? Blind women, not the bikini girls from our site.
The print techniques let us produce tankini series with patterns as complex as Salvador Dali paintings. Almost. Why bikini design companies don’t pay gifted graphic and fashion designers? It will remain a mystery.
Of course tankini swimsuits give much wider possibilities for artistic imagination than a simple string bikini thanks to the surface covering the belly. What could appear there? The sun? A dolphin, interlaced in love embrace snakes, a coral reef? Imagination of an artist is the limit.
Girls, don’t buy ugly, revolting tankinis, don’t listen to fashion dictators. Listen to the history of art and to the nature around you, why bother about French homosexuals? That’s all for today, an old uncle goes to the beach. Today a Costa Rican beach. Sure, there are hundreds of hot models who don’t need to cover anything, they look better without tankini or bikini; the nudity is fair enough to recognize them as the incarnation of the beauty. But most of the women need covering more than revealing. The truth isn’t interesting from the esthetic point of view.
